| 連週馬,要人命。前5k就感覺狀況很差,腳無力,心率飆高,只好降速。但還是沿路一直有要放棄的想法,跑的很崩潰。感覺很力不從心,最後當步兵以求不要受傷完賽。最終從原本要保4變成保5,還好最後勉強保5。
