本來打算配6分速跑20公里當作LSD~可是跑起來總覺得6分速好慢~所以臨時改5分20到5分40秒這區間~跑著跑著來到第14公里開始出現好無聊~最後15公里收工~跑操場真的要有好大的決心~回來冰敷膝蓋好舒服~
