和一群夥伴一同遠道從中部搭車而來
第3次跑棲蘭林道,第2次拜見台灣杉三姊妹
賽事當日天氣非常好
林道山上處處是大景
30K撞牆時,巧遇1名速度差不多的夥伴,
一起跑跑走走很長一段路。
有一陣子突然心律飆高,感覺不大舒服。
夥伴跟我說,可能是心在欺騙我們的身體。
讓我想起有句話說:如果心沒有放棄,身體就會跟隨。
再加上夥伴提醒我,有機會突破去年的成績,
讓我最後連續下坡認真跑起來,
一口氣比去年快了半個小時完賽。
而且雙腳除了有些緊繃,
並沒有出現抽筋,ITB也沒有再次作痛,
真是太好了。
賽前宣言: 開心玩賽
賽後評分: 棲蘭林道風景優美,加上好天氣配合,山上處處是大景。
唯一美中不足之處是主辦單位的接駁安排出了點問題。
十多名跑者在簡章時間內抵達會場,但是苦等近1個小時才等到接駁車上山。且沿途有3台接駁車卡在路旁小水溝,狀況不少。好不容易到達起跑點,距離起跑時間已超過16分。最後裁判只將完賽時間減15分。算了,有進步就好。
