今天又到了HowLong團練時間,有五人出席,我有探路過,所以由我帶路,從三民公園出發,先往南崁方向跑,沿路跑跑走走停停,因為自行車道一段一段的,要穿越好幾條大馬路,大家邊跑邊聊邊罵,這條很爛的設計,沒人帶的話,有幾段真會不知怎麼接,跟台北市新北市自行車道相比,真是差多了。就這樣跑到南崁端自行車道底,還不到10K哩!循原路折返回三民公園,途中繞到同安街一個埤塘公園步道跑,一圈約有1.2K喔!無意中發現一個定點團練好地點。回到春日路附近,小march遲到,與我們碰到了,一起折返回去。回到三民,先拜與志榮先離開,我和會長、小march繼續往龜山方向跑,到自行車道底長壽路那邊再折返,這段較短,來回約5K,最後輕鬆跑回三民,又是個愉快的團練。
