好馬一隻! 優點:
- 動線:如行雲流水,進終點後一分鐘所有事情搞定!
- 路線:優美!一直想跑東豐鐵馬道,今天如願以償,而且還是封路跑。
- 補給:非常豐盛,阿里港100分的話,這場也有95分了。
檢討:
這次主要是帶同事跑初馬,所以時間就不用太在意,快樂完跑最重要。原本預計
前 30 公里以 6:30 速度前進,不過因為對補給的時間抓太緊,加上一直到 15K
都是緩上坡,所以速度有點忽快忽慢,但應該還算及格。前三個小時剛好跑完 27K
還在誤差內。最後 7K 來了個陡坡,自然當起步兵,最後以江南style衝線。大會時間 5:15 完賽,同事也順利拿下初馬。
