1、參與雙連路跑活動,但我沒下場跑,而是給朋友跑。
2、在起跑區,當啦啦隊,當了45分鐘,過程中挺多有趣的畫面。
3、隨後自練30K,,納悶的是,跑在柏油路上速度變慢,回到pu面就快一些,很怪!
4、有遇強則強、南桃園公教界最佳跑者之稱的 DRT說:他只練21k,就上戰場了,怪的是他跑的並不差,以去年3月國道3:26,5月苗栗72馬拉松3:3x(還得到30歲組的獎盃),如果是我,半馬就打包回家…冏。
