原以為這次比賽比較沒有不適,應該可以早點恢復平常的練習量。結果今天開工去恢復跑還是明顯力不從心,速度一直拉不起來,看來還是有影響。不過比起前幾次還是有進步,沒有抽筋、沒有爬樓梯哇哇叫,應該再跑幾次就能慢慢恢復了吧。
只是今天忍不住再想著,恢復之後,然後呢?我是想追求更快的全馬,還是更遠的超馬呢?兩個目標聽起來都很有意思,可是準備的方向似乎不一樣。目前我還算是半弔子的跑馬者,也許再多跑幾場再說吧。
