桃園LML 這一個半月因為受傷都沒練習,然後要跑一個全馬,其實心裡滿煩躁的。我模擬很多可能會發生的狀況,甚至滿想棄賽的。昨晚吞了兩顆止痛藥,然後見機行事。起跑時緩緩的跑,一公里一里慢慢推進,到36公里之後感覺大腿好像要抽筋,只能慢慢的、安穩的完成這場比賽。對於成績沒有要求,只求跑完這場腳還可以走路。謝謝在賽道上幫我加油的Ina、皇上,還有一起努力的堯堯。
