練不夠,後半段就是痛苦。
這場請主任配速,前32K有壓在3小時完成,照理說最後10K只要6分速即可。可惜這場意志力太薄弱,沒有堅持,最後索性在補給站吃吃喝喝。坦白說,補給還挺好的。
缺點就是:天氣太熱。也應該說,耐熱訓練做的不足。
