想說今天狀況不錯,來挑戰sub4!前半馬1:52,結果到30k之後走很大!殘念!
結論就是跑全馬前不能跑半馬(昨天穿Y拖跑,後5k赤足結果左腳大拇指起了個大血泡,痛啊!)
今天用ok棒固定,到了30k左右還是滑動了⋯⋯痛!啟動步兵模式!
