TI捷式全泳長距離練習
隔了好幾個禮拜沒啥練習到游泳,昨天游還抓不太到水感,但今天一下水就順順游完1500公尺,沒啥進步,看來這個夏天真的要好好加強,不然明年的初鐵應該會被撈起來!
