計劃中的LSD,在熟悉的竹22上,有破風手幫我擋風,提醒我前面不能跑太快,還一起跑了新路線。原本涼爽的天氣,後來莫名下起雨來,眼看雨勢沒有變小趨勢,打算折返後17K作收,好在後來雨停了,所以有達成我們的目標公里數😁好久沒跑超半馬,腳步果然越來越沉重,腳踝也覺得緊緊的,但是完成了就要鼓勵自己,好好吃頓早午餐😋
