漫步阿里山 103K組,DNF~~又DNF了,嗚嗚~~
還好可以降組到64K組
前半段的路線和奮瑞超馬一樣,只是多了往來吉的路線。水社寮陡下路況比上次好,但還是陡得不要不要,到大華公路開始往上,上次是叉路往奮起湖,陡得沒完沒了,'走'到快崩潰,這次改往石棹,路況好一點,一樣是陡得不要不要,到了石棹已經是雙腿僵硬,懷疑人生,志工一直鼓勵大家往達邦挺進,都是下坡,我知道啊,但是怎麼上來? 尤其是特富野往十字路,看地圖想像那個坡就已經崩潰了,還有從多林聯絡道回么妹山莊的坡,最後這39K怎麼算都很痛苦,心中小惡魔拼命呼喚: 別再自虐了...,自動降組64K收工,在石棹混了一個多小時,才慢慢跑回奮起湖->么妹山莊,結束這場又帶了一點遺憾的賽事。
最近參加賽事,有個嚴重問題,就是賽前睡不著,還沒起跑就虛累累,很想睡,加上年初以來左腳就不太舒服,最重要的是,最近練跑太...混...了...,濫竽充數,沒有品質可言,跑不下去是正常的。賽後會想振作一下,沒多久就開始偷懶,這就是人性啊~~
這次改用Bryton Rider 310紀錄,里程數似乎會縮水,少了快3K
