基本訓練

沿途許多路口空無ㄧ人,沒人引導與管制,只有ㄧ個指標,有時還要注意看才看的到,跑太快或沒注意而沒看到恐怕就跑錯路了。
這場算是有點硬,後段很熱,補給感覺很陽春,陽春中的陽春。

後繼有點無力,需要補給,可是看到補給的東西,算了,水+舒跑喝喝就好,反正也沒東西可喝了。

回到終點更奇怪,沒人理你,更沒人引導,當然也沒人會迎接你,給你歡呼,終點空無ㄧ人,自己去找成績列印及物資發放,所以只好自我安慰這都是因為疫情關係吧!要不然餒!感覺就是沒有……用心,沒有……溫度。
