昨晚吃完大餐,早上出來消化消化,因為今晚還有Orz
帶小孩來西子灣比賽帆船,本來想要去跑跑壽山
但是考量到腳的傷勢不明,只好放棄此一念頭
從鼓山輪渡站跑到世運場館來回
去程考量傷勢,再加上連跑數天,沒什麼力氣
所以刻意放慢速度
回程雖已沒力,但還是盡可能加了點速度
還是一樣,跑步沒感覺,按壓或特定姿勢才會感到不適
狀況沒有變差,也沒有好轉,持續觀察傷勢中
