假日長距離練習
呃......
這個練習距離好像有點長
今年3月這場早鳥報名,曾哥熱心吆喝團報,並且幫忙處理住宿事宜,而且限時16小時(一般百k賽事大多限14小時),就和大家一起來玩一玩
五月底比完中興新村半馬,全休1個月,讓右膝好好休息;7月打掉重練,從7分速跑跑走走開始恢復練跑
今年目標賽事放在年底,這場就當作假日長距離練習;賽前沒有拉跑量、沒有長距離練習、沒有練山路、前2週沒有減量,純粹來遠足的概念
真的不能小看百k
起跑後1k下坡,接著就是十幾k的長上坡,此時已經開啟步兵模式了
接著就是一路上上下下,跑得非常辛苦,只能靠經驗調整體能、雙腳狀況,上坡走、下坡跑,分配體能至後段;檯面成績看起來還可以,心裡很清楚準備不足就是爆很大
Anyway,總算順利完賽,先好好休息一下吧!
