氣溫宜人,中午還是有點熱。
這路線熟得不得了,不去跑一下說不過去,但最近腳的狀況不佳,只能看著辦,前半段大家都很快,比預期最佳狀態還快,嚇人。後段就吃足苦頭,尤其是北埔上五指山段,比龜還慢,足部疼痛越來越嚴重,只能撿個樹枝撐著,勉力完賽。
腳的問題要好好整頓一下了……
