去年9月跑華山論劍湖超馬,在嘉義山區繞來繞去,風景不錯;加上沒跑過的超馬都想體驗看看,就報名這場,當作2023~2024賽季的超馬最終場(全馬最終場是上週的渣打馬)
賽前沒特別研究路線,只知道從嘉義市蘭潭水庫跑到奮起湖老街,再折返回蘭潭水庫;限時15小時,時間還算充裕(國內百k超馬通常限時14小時)
上週渣打馬意外受傷,身體尚未恢復,這週無心也無力拚成績,這場就改為輕鬆跑、關門前完賽就好,心境上也放鬆許多
半夜12點多起床,幾乎沒什麼睡,略作整理後騎車至美術館附近跟跑友們會合,感謝曾哥開車載大家;3點至會場,換裝、做準備、和認識的跑友們哈啦,4點準時起跑
說是輕鬆跑,沒想到路線不輕鬆,全程都是坡,有長、有短,有陡、有緩;前段上坡還跑得動,接著就切換成上坡走路、下坡慢跑、緩坡見機行事模式
到達奮起湖後,路線安排進入老街,只能邊跑邊閃遊客;偶爾遇到一群遊客停在老街中間拍照,只好大聲喊「借過」(趕時間,歹勢啦!),遊客看到接連不斷的跑友在老街奔馳,好奇詢問從哪裡跑上來,聽到答案時口頭都很佩服,心裡可能覺得......
回到蘭潭水庫時,明明手錶里程紀錄已快結束,大會指示牌還在倒數里程,在水庫裡面繞來繞去,詢問眾多跑友,里程數大約落在102~103k;跑完百k山路雙腳已快廢了,大會可以不要贈送里程數嗎?很累耶!
今天不少跑友降組、中途被關門收容,我在關門前25分鐘回來,竟然名次是在前半段,看來,這場路線硬梆梆啊!anyway,跑完這場,結束上半年賽事,明天開始休腿養傷了
賽後評分: 整體不錯,里程數多約2-3k。
