<田中馬賽前LSD>
之前偶然看到二水馬的報名訊息,覺得可以下水體驗一下涉水漫步在大圳裡,實在很新奇有趣!手一滑就報了全馬。
因為下週還有一場田中等我,這場二水馬就當成42K LSD慢慢跑,所以起跑後依7分速穩定前進!
跑到快半馬終於到了下水處,毫不猶豫地換了拖鞋就下水了,冰冰涼涼的感覺好像在幫小腿冰敷,意外地覺得很舒服!
耳中聽著熱鬧的街道震耳的歡呼聲,看著半馬選手直接往終點會場移動,想著自己還有一個半馬距離要完成,整個人變得好累提不起勁了!
跑了接近30K左右,很明顯的感覺到左腳腳底因為泡過水後又在鞋裡磨擦起了一個水泡!
偏偏這時太陽變得很曬,路邊變步兵的跑友也變多了,這時耳邊傳來了很邪惡的聲音:應該為下週的田中馬保留些實力(明明就沒實力不知道要保留啥),雙腳很不爭氣的切換成了步兵模式!
走著走著越接近鎮內,路旁觀眾人數又漸漸的變多,便一步步的慢慢跑了起來!
終於在大太陽底下曬暈了的我很疲累的回到了終點,心裏只是想著下週的田中馬該怎麼辦?(緊張)
賽前宣言: 好久沒去二水了!
賽後評分: 賽道與跑水活動規劃很不錯!啦啦隊很熱情!美中不足是部分產業道路路口缺乏管制, 跑回程時差點被叉路騎車沖出來的屁孩迎面撞到, 如果能改善明年會更優!
