原本預計是昨天跑LSD的,但是睡太晚,所以就跑去捐血囉,也就沒跑了。
今天風不大,越晚風越小,跑起來應該要很舒適才是,可是午餐吃不多,跑前只有一小塊巧克力,能量根本不夠用,跑到後來血糖似乎有點低,再跑下去可能真的要吊點滴了。22K見好就收工!回家吃點甜的喝點水就好了。
