夜訓第一場,8點到2點,原本目標50k,算算不用很快,跑起來也就比較輕鬆。帶了好幾罐飲料,除了大水,還有冬瓜茶,可樂,寶礦力輪著喝。原本6k補給一次,後來變5k,然後又變4k。還好有涼風不會很痛苦,帶三根香蕉也只吃兩根。
九點多場內居然播起水晶音樂,有點打亂我的節奏,只好拿下耳機聽他播完。十點過不久關燈,現場暗了不少,人潮也很快散去,只剩下幾隻狗總是睡在跑道邊緣,他們大概沒想到我會一直跑下去吧。
跑到全馬距離時已經很累了,膝蓋和腳底都不太舒服,可是換算成冬山河場地才跑兩趟,到時候要跑八趟阿!也不知道要怎麼跑完,至少這個月尾巴夾緊努力練吧,有目標的人生至少是積極快樂的。
