去年24小時賽中途受傷棄賽,當下就決定今年要雪恥;全休至年底,一月初開始歸零重練,並以這場為年度重點賽事,規劃練習課表、比賽場次,一步步往前進行
週六14:00至會場,著裝準備,和認識的選手、加油團哈啦一下,15:00準時出發
天氣不錯,照自己設定的速度順順跑;今年改變補給策略,玉米、鹹粥、刨冰、珍珠奶茶...拿了就走,邊走邊吃,感謝來探班的親友們,你們的加油鼓勵都有看到,因為趕時間,就沒問候打招呼了,也謝謝大家,看到我進休息區,一票人馬上詢問要拿什麼?缺什麼?
30k,已經無法全程跑起來;沒關係,轉為跑跑走走模式,時間還很漫長,超馬不比快,比誰撐得久
70k,右腳板右側開始疼痛,可能發炎了,不妙,第一次痛那邊;回到休息區,吞顆消炎止痛藥,後來時好時痛,略微調整動作,左腳多使些力,隔了2小時,左腳脛骨下方也開始疼痛,再吞顆消炎止痛藥,邊跑邊觀察了
半夜時分,聽到福勝說目前分3、距離分2約2分鐘距離,開始一路追;每跑1圈,就請福勝戰情回報,沒想到對方也很拚,幾十秒差距追了快10k,才在他走路時一舉刷過(離完賽還有十幾個小時,就不信他都不休息);結果,之後一二個小時,他一直在我後方幾百公尺處,完全不敢鬆懈,頻頻回頭看是否追上來,這段期間算是這場最認真跑的時候,等到戰情回報距離已拉遠,終於能緩一下,照自己狀況慢慢跑(後來才知道他去睡了2個小時)
凌晨時分,賽道人數變少,一圈圈順順完成,看著名次一路往前進,整體感覺還不錯
天亮後,6小時接力賽及另一組6小時賽開始,會場又熱鬧起來,陸陸續續有親友來探班;成績已進到分1,不錯,整體感覺還在掌控之中,順順持續下去
上午11點,突然覺得噁心想吐,看來消化器官開始有狀況了;這也是擔心的部分之一,超馬中途要時時補給,消化器官出狀況,補給品無法轉化為能量供給身體運動,等於車子沒油了;詢問一下,分2差距14k、分3差距18k,剩下4小時,被追上的機率很低,但也不能掉以輕心,辛苦跑了20小時,若在最後翻盤會很嘔;當下改變策略,不再補充固體食物(吃下去大概就吐了),只靠水、運動飲料、甘蔗汁撐完最後4小時
最後3小時,分3追上來,差距14k,剛好看到他在前方跑跑走走,跟在他後面,此時他幾乎都用走的,偶爾小跑一下;剩下2.5小時,仍然領先14k,應該大致底定了,開始散步繞圈(其實也跑不動了,且雙腳仍痛,繼續跑可能傷勢加劇,保住分1就好)
最後1小時,家人陪同繞了2圈,回到終點剩下十幾分鐘,看看時間無法完成第3圈,就此結束,終於完成賽事,成功雪恥
