今天天氣不錯,但跑起來很累,應該是這周持續的練習累積的疲勞造成,前12K天未亮山路蠻昏暗的,不時有野狗或猴子成群的占據路中間,經過時還真有點怕怕的,天亮後開始有跑者及車友上山,這些動物會靠到路邊或山坡旁,跑起來就比較安心了,這次獨跑2:40不斷電一瓶運動飲料到底完成功課。
