12/10剛完成台中矽品馬,心想隔一星期彰化139馬又是山道馬就當LSD肌力練習,輕鬆跑無傷完賽,恰好跑前無意看一則「感知跑法」文章,就趁此次套上感知跑法印證效果如何…
賽後以「矽品馬」與「139馬」比較
發現2次完賽時間約一樣,但採感知跑發現完賽後肌力較不疲勞不易受傷,乳酸堆積較少酸痛感,且35k後續航及體力較佳,跑後舒緩時間縮短,恢復極快。
成因可能是來自專注跑姿重心轉移流暢度少了不必要肌力消耗所致,
臨時加演還收獲頗多,待各項心得彙整將作為2018年路跑參考,期待樂跑無傷更健康。
