趁著霧霾散去,跑跑黃浦江。13k後被外國女跑者超越4次外帶拉爆2k⋯太強了😭。第一次超越迅雷不及掩耳,第二次對方停下來綁鞋帶後再次超越,第三次我折返(她那時還往前跑),不久又迅雷不及掩耳再次超越我,不甘心提速跟上,435-500速度只能保持20m距離,跟了2公里,爆了,放慢速度,到一個小公園我切西瓜,她又竄出來再次超越我,然后就再也跟不上!我還肋骨痛到走100多米,然后再慢慢跑回家😭
