恢復跑,照著舒服的感覺跑,直到15k左右開始疲勞感出現,接著撐到18k停下來走一下,才意識到應該是肚子餓了XD
接著就慢慢龜完後面的距離,然後確認了華江橋跑到秀朗橋河堤來回剛好半馬。
後記:本來只想跑個長距離約12~14,天氣太舒服就給她加碼囉!!看來身體應該恢復得差不多了。
