第三次抓熊,還是一樣切西瓜只抓大熊
上坡花了1:14,跟之前差不多
但下坡就慘爆了,第18k左右開始抽筋
之後跑跑走走拖回小7,花了1:17,比上坡還慢
真是掉漆到不行
上個月好不容易把跑步的感覺要回來
