32K LSD
說來慚愧,跑步那麼久,這一次非賽事跑那麼長
所以全馬的後段掛掉不是沒有原因的
要起跑才發現忘了擦凡士林,掙扎了一下
還是跑回家擦一下好了,停了第一次錶
再跑回起跑點,繞一小圈,先湊個12K後,休息及補給,停第二次錶
然後就開出去到關渡宮,延長到關渡平原至22K折返
會這樣跑,是因為沒得切西瓜,一定要用跑的回來
29K後已經沒力了,真的只能硬撐,不過至少沒有當步兵
後20K,每5K都有停下來補給,但沒停錶
看來三重馬要SUB4,是個笑話
三重馬之前除了國道半馬那週外,一定都要來個32K以上的LSD(握拳)
