當天自己開車去.真的有點累.
5km後就跑不動了.
只能看著雨柔一直跑.

重新思考,嚴選比賽賽事
拒絕高海拔,高爬昇,距離短
(爆炸心臟)
選擇平緩中距離,可均速跑(心率維持)
賽前宣言: 拼sub4
賽後評分: 對不起贊助商,沒跑好.
今年的策略是不管心率高低,憑感覺跑,前面4k跑的很順,當進補站補完出來,卻跑不起來了!之後就跑走跑走,毅志力被剝奪了!心想不要跑輸女總1雨柔就好
