大操場果然比跑起來舒服多了,雨後天氣涼爽更好跑。目標是每圈2分15秒,這速度跑起來會有點喘,大腿也有點酸。不過為了提升速度就要習慣高一點強度的練習吧,也不要高太多,身體的感覺最重要。
發現第五道低於2'10"就能在五分速以內,其實大部份的圈沒有達到,為什麼總平均有低於五分速我也搞不清楚。不過跑完後喝一大口水,感覺真好。
