四天沒跑了…而且這幾天作息、飲食都不太健康,跑起來感覺很「陌生」,一下腳跟不上心肺,一下心肺跟不上腳,速度也拉不上去,索性就維持住節奏不要亂就好了…然後確定心跳帶掛點…今天穿SKINS A400長褲初體驗,感覺還不錯,包覆性佳,但不會有壓迫感,讓我的大屁股不會搖來晃去,透氣性也沒話說,涼風吹來還有用NEO-ICE的錯覺,好蘇湖阿~~訓練鞋 ACICS GEL-CUMULUS 13操了一年,腳跟外側快磨到亞瑟士膠了,最近在物色跑鞋,款式太多也很傷腦筋,最後鎖定三雙NIKE FREE、ACICS NEO33(或GT-2170)、ADIDAS SNOVA SEQ5M,子至於路跑用的鞋希望可撐到MIZUNO AR4出來再換
