今天公司強制休假,前一天朋友約跑漁光島跑,就打算個25K.
雖然早上空氣品質不太好,但是安平的風還蠻大的,感覺還沒那麼糟...
中間在億載金城遇到阿宏和士峰就和他們跑回漁光島。
過了18K後左大腿抬腳時開始有點酸痛,瞬間就感覺沒力了,配速一下子掉了半分鐘。
過了21K後愈跑愈沒力,再跑下去效果有限,於是跑到24K後就提早收工了。
