連下坡 都沒力氣飆 鐵腿鐵膝蓋了🤦♀️
後來每站幾乎有肌樂 我就狂噴😂
盡量紓解跑步帶來的痠痛感~
轉彎 看到舞台那一刻........
感動~~~我終於下山回終點了!!
