今年度的跨夜練習
凌晨冷得要命的時候結束囉
很抱歉,因為玻璃腳的關係
所以這回不敢勞師動眾
就私約幾位朋友幫忙
考量到腳傷的恢復
還有距離新生花博
僅僅只剩幾週的時間
避免貪跑讓傷勢惡化
其實沒有多久就下了決定
已經跑了51公里
距離跟跨夜都有一定的量在
既然練習的目的達到了
就不用糾結在撐到最後一刻
