最近有點對自己太好了,越睡越晚越跑越短,明明有明確的目標,反而沒鬥志。
今天下定決心就是要跑到冷水坑,什麼事都無法阻擋我。雖然起床時看到窗外陰陰,地上濕濕,動了就近隨便跑跑就好的念頭。但後悔的結果又把我拉回來,趕快起跑吧別想那麼多了。事實證明今天是跑山路長距的最佳天氣,沒風沒雨也沒太陽,自己狀況也不錯,順順的就好。倒是太久沒上陽明山。跑冷水坑更是好幾年的事,路線都忘光光,只有在經過特定地標還有路段時,才喚起了一些記憶。
