| 起跑時没算到路小人流多,剛跑出去前2K一直在閃人及超車。閃了一陣子路寛才能照自己的速度,控制在5分速以內,到13K折返才知道前面有那麽多人。
前2小時已經跑24.5K了,心想保4應該沒問題了吧!26K經過起跑點後,少了半馬的人有比較好跑,但太陽似乎愈來愈熱情了。只要熱就幾乎快當機了,還好調整策略,只能降速慢跑了。
