今天本來想跑福澤15k520,後15k530-540,結果天不從人願,前5k都跑不進530,先把b的小腿套給脫了,剩下b的壓縮褲和c的腰包,結果還是好不到哪去,跟上次沒用腰包和壓縮褲糟很多,不知有無相關,還是因為連兩天沒跑?明天重跑一次,換一下配備看會不會好些...
