今天應該是入春之後最熱的一天,早上到學校去上課穿長袖覺得有點熱。下午正猶豫要不要去練長跑???中午下課回到家發現家裡反潮很嚴重,又是個悶熱的天氣,如果去練長跑應該會很痛苦,於是就打消念頭,據說明天會轉涼,所以明天再練好了。下午5點到蘭潭去跑平日運動量的7K,雖然轉陰沒太陽,但還是感覺到濕度很重,連潭水都彌漫著一股魚腥味,天空飄了幾滴小雨。整體而言,修正跑步姿勢後,有明顯感覺到速度的提升,上坡也跑的更順暢,但是下坡的跑法還無法深刻體會,在去研究一下吧!
