全馬賽前LSD大約跑25~30k,那超馬賽前要跑幾k?去年跑過25+26背對背,覺得效果不錯。今年比賽提早,我卻拖到今天才要來踏上這條長路,目標差不多,6小時跑50k,不過是一次跑完,而且模擬比賽跑晚上,還是很有壓力。約了隊友強者川一起練,也邀幾個朋友有空來陪跑一段,就是希望給自己多點勇氣跑下去。
先去吃一碗粥,帶兩根香蕉,兩瓶運動飲料,餅乾和水就要去跑,想說有吃晚餐應該就不太需要補給。到操場發現川哥的補給更少,很熱血的就下去跑了。我在場邊坐了將近半小時,堅持照原計劃到七點才起跑,連來加油的一姐琳都覺得莫名其妙。哎,一方面在等消化,一方面也是要醞釀好情緒,待會的練習可不是平常輕鬆能做到的。
等老婆送來備用鞋,時間也差不多了才默默起跑。還掙扎了一下要跑哪個跑道,也許該開始練內道了,但這麼長的練習還是怕會有變數,臨時決定還是第三道。速度則盡量不去管,毫不費力的跑。反正超馬是這麼一回事,不管跑快跑慢,跑到後來還是都會沒力,那速度就不是那麼重要了,重要的是保持穩定的速度,至少不會那麼痛苦。
還好今天人不多,不用閃太多,可以放鬆跑,只是也不敢聽音樂,怕太久手機沒電。原本期待見到的隊友可能有事沒來,其實有點孤單,不過跑在內道的川哥大約每三圈追過我一圈,看他那種速度感很過癮,也算是一種陪伴吧。
前三小時速度保持穩定,分別跑了23、23、22圈。不過之後體力就開始下降,很難跑進2'40"了。而川哥突然慢了下來,說他覺得很冷,想先回去了。看來是沒吃晚餐肝醣耗盡了不舒服吧,像我們這種體脂儲存少的很依靠補給,轉換不及就會很痛苦。而且他說川嫂就在車上等他,哎呀都七個月了實在太辛苦,難怪他急著跑完想回家。好吧那就不勉強留他陪我,反正他實力堅強,再稍作調整配速,還是可以跑出好成績的。
吃了根香蕉,動元素也喝到第二瓶了,大約十圈補給一次,畢竟停下來再起跑都會有點吃力。晚上11點熄燈了,人也幾乎都散了。我終於可以實現在這個場子逆向跑的計畫,當作比賽時轉換方向的練習。其實還是會遇到少數跑者,可是我稍微錯身一下,不久他們跑完後就沒事了。當我繞的夠久,途中遇到的每個人就都成了過客,都只是來來去去的其中之一了。(這是超馬的人生體驗嗎?)比較誇張的是,還有小孩來玩電動獨輪車,感覺很先進高級的那種。應該是不能騎到操場中,可是到外面馬路好像也很危險,就算了不制止他們,畢竟我逆向也沒多好。
隨著夜越來約深,其實也越來越想放棄,連跑六小時畢竟是目標,也不一定要真的跑完,而且那麼晚了也沒人看到,跑不完就算了吧~後來才驚覺自己又開始負面思考了,這是超馬最難搞的挑戰,因為身體上的疲累只要平常練習量夠就能負荷,心裡上的退卻反而更讓人使不上力。很感謝有這次練習機會,之前的痛苦回憶才得以記起。試著安慰自己再忍耐一下,以每小時接近20圈為目標,而且剩二小時就有倒數的感覺了。
今天跑第三道,102圈到全馬距離,花了4:52分,很遜的速度,不過是我第一次單次練習超過全馬,還是很高興。剩下一小時,勉強再跑了10k,跑到腳底板好燙,真的那些回憶都回來了。
跑當報時小姐告訴我跑滿六小時了,我終於感動的完成這個艱苦的練習任務。場邊沒有人為我歡呼,只有幾個年輕人滿口髒話在聊天,還有聚集越來越多的狗。正式比賽時這才剛過半,而我現在已經覺得耗盡全力了。哎,比賽時要有多苦到時再說,至少我又做到以前沒做過的突破了。
