今天會內在中山苗圃辦中秋親子登山健行活動,想說乾脆就直接提早從家裡跑到中山苗圃,來回15.4km這樣就可以跑夠本了。去程只在7-11補給飲料、在台塑加油站上廁所外,其餘皆按照輕鬆的步調去跑,很快就抵達中山苗圃,附近找廁所後,發覺大家已經出發一下子了,就跟著志中老師一家人邊走邊聊,後來下坡就跑自己的。回到起點覺得還跑不夠本就繼續跑第二趟,上坡果然是offroad無法負荷,跑沒多久就喘到只能用快走前進,看來我的心肺耐力真的是衰退了不少@@,但下坡還是順著感覺輕快滾下去。健行結束後因為蛋糕毛巾帶不走,所以就只拿了一瓶水就跑回去了。此時晴空萬里&高溫的環境下,跑起來格外吃力,能夠維持6分整左右的速度已經很慶幸了,最後2km身體狀況開始有點吃力點了,不過還是努力調整狀況慢慢跑回去,里程22.1km。
