今天菜單 32公里長跑
感冒至今還沒完全好,連休4天,昨天又跑了20公里,今天一直猶豫到底適不適合跑32公里,還是跑25就好。不過昨天體感還不錯,所以今天就決定帶了32公里的補給,先個25,看看情況再決定。暖身3公里後,覺得狀態不錯,速度比預期的好,Infinity React的緩震也跑得很舒服,於是就加碼到32公里了。最後幾百公尺還用剩下的力氣衝刺,跑完臀後肌有快要抽筋的感覺。不錯,有練到!
