自從1/26...環台北巿自行車道殘念後 (只跑42K就放棄...直接搭捷運回家)...
就一直想找時間把它補回來...
沒想到2月初腳又受傷...
就無限期延後了!!!
昨天看了天氣預報...
今天會是個適合跑步的好天氣...
擇日不如撞日...
就是今天了!!!
裝備:
- Ultimate Direction SJ Ultra Vest
- 2瓶水
- 風衣 (結果沒用到)
- 袖套
- 帽子
- 2條power bar
大約早上7點初嗑了一顆7-11麵包就整裝出發!!!
反正是以跑完為目標...
所以就順順的跑!!!
涼涼的天氣搭配不喘的配速...
跑起來真的很舒服!!!
過程中...做了3次補給..
- 南港全家...大約20K: 39元早餐 (御飯團+果汁)
- 洲美7-11門巿...大約39K: 黑松沙士*1 + 77乳加巧克力*1 + Energy In*1
- 華中橋...大約49K: Power Bar*1
雖然是慢慢跑...
但是我從來沒有跑過這麼長的LSD...
跑到最後還是整個人沒力...
完全靠著意志力在撐...
不過我絲毫沒有放棄的念頭 (os: 因為我不想再跑一次了)
最後...
感謝老天保佑...
我平安順利完成了這次的目標...
好累...真的好累...
肌耐力太弱了...
再慢慢加強吧...
