今天的45K超馬,應該叫做"烈火盃煉獄超馬"
第二次參加自助超馬,這回揹著水袋,多了2.5KG
跑起來雖較重,但比用手拿方便,手可擺動保持平衡
前面20K山路陰涼,體力好跑起來輕鬆愉快
到了關西坪林,體力下滑加上艷陽高掛跑得很累
撐到竹22毫無遮蔽,曬得頭昏眼花,跑跑走走
超過32度熱得令人受不了,終於撐到終點完賽
