| 一開始步速配在5:20~5:30左右,中段開始體力有點不繼,心跳設法壓在150以下,速度大概就比走路快一些,心裡想:「贏那些用走的就夠了!」,秉持這樣的信念,一路上狂被超車倒也心安理得,中途吃吃喝喝的,其實還蠻歡樂的,就是肚子吃太撐,跑起來有點吃力!
最後幾K不曉得是因為休息夠了,還是習慣動作,速度開始往上提,就這麼一路衝回終點,總算保住430,真險!
這次的路跑賽,感覺補給相當充裕,而且補給點蠻密集的,後半段都是靠補己撐過來的,服務人員也很熱心,入夜後,比賽的感覺也很不同,很不錯的一場比賽。
一開始約跑丹尼教練,不過丹尼教練太神勇了,只能看著他的車尾燈消失在眼前~~
