第一次的長距離LSD新店寶橋到大稻埕碼頭來回31公里(回程僅到景美河濱),好硬,不過可以跟這麼多跑友一起訓練感覺挺新鮮的,凌晨五點在景美河濱公園入口集合,拍完合照就各自帶開,既然是LSD當然速度就要放慢,以拉長距離為主因此今天去程的速度控制在6:10~6:30之間,途中有遇到一點毛毛雨,讓悶熱的身體突然覺得涼爽,這麼早的河濱道已經有很多人在運動了,騎單車的、散步的、跟我們一樣路跑的感覺很熱鬧,跑了17公里到了大稻埕之後反而有點冷清,在大稻埕稍作休息,除了拍幾張照片之外也補充一下水分、喝了瓶沙士增加一點鹽分就往回程的路上前進,這時候的速度還是控制在6:15上下,回程到馬場町時手錶顯示快沒電了,為了不要有紀錄上的殘念在27公里的時候先做記錄,在這之後便將速度提升控制在6分鐘內,再補足到景美河濱公園入口的4公里,後來才發現電力還撐得到景美,只是沒辦法顯示31公里真的很掃興,下回預計挑戰木柵到淡水捷運站,加油啦。
