早上明明起床了,但就是不願意爬下床
又 拖到下午才出去補課了
慢慢跑的程度下並不會很累
但左腳膝蓋下方過了15K後開始痛
拉伸股四頭肌後就恢復了一點,不過大約撐個5K左右
先前醫生告知識股四頭肌將硬壓迫膝蓋骨造成
總之先拉筋在滾筒放鬆吧
