熱了好幾天,整天都無精打采的,跑步也舉步維艱。前面起跑先往河堤,很涼很舒服,黑豆也跟的很高興。結果折返後一上大南橋狗就不見了,看來是前天熱到餘悸猶存,看到橋就落跑了吧。
算了我自己跑,雖然狀況很糟,還是決定再慢也要跑完。還好後來核心使上力,就覺得輕鬆一點,後面比均速拉進七分鐘了,幫助月底趕一點業績。
