昨天吃火鍋吃到飽,今天加量跑!
可惜中間壓暫停,忘記壓開始,少了幾k,悅跑圈a p p同時測的是40k。
跑完松鼠坡加碼華南路!太晚出門,太陽好大!到華南路底要上坡時,就完全啟動步兵模式。而且水喝的差不多了,又忘了帶悠遊卡,快渴死了,差點要打電話叫人來載了,還好看到一間廟,進去狂喝水,才能順利跑回來。
