跑馬百日維新運動day93
原本以為這次尼伯特強颱襲台,我的跑馬百日維新運動也要跟著休一天颱風假,凌晨2點醒來,習慣地撥開窗簾,打開落地窗往外瞧,天氣陰涼微風無雨,捉住這個好機會,0230就出外跑馬自訓。
也不清楚颱風何時會轉強,內心盤算著以10km做基準,跑多少算多少,隨時做好折返回家的準備。3點初,飄下不大不小的雨,這時心裡有點想折返,就堅持一下唄,果真,半小時後雨勢趨緩,就這麼順順的向前跑著,就撿到一隻小超半馬,開心餒,百日維新運動不中斷哦。
