跑馬百日維新運動day96
清晨3點雨勢不斷,就繼續睡咩,等天亮無雨再自訓。9點雨勢停歇,即著裝跑馬趣,真是天有不測風雲,才跑20分鐘就豪大雨滂沱,只好一路跑下去咩,短短不到1小時的豪大雨,永康自強路即淹水至腳踝上2吋的深度,還好穿Y托跑步,好像跑越野賽咩,哈~,真是不錯的際遇,1個小小超半馬,開心,繼續朝目標挺進唄^^
